- 智慧污水厂是智慧城市和智慧水务的重要内容和建设难点,主要包括智慧生产控制系统、智慧运营系统和智慧管理系统。污水处理厂以生物处理为主,具有非线性、时变性、滞后性和不确定性等特点,耦合控制、过程建模和参数优化比较困难,而污水厂实际硬软件系统、数据发掘处理及控制管理水平等也与智慧污水厂要求相差较远。智慧污水厂应该结合视频识别、机器人、BIM、互联网+、物联网、云计算及大数据等先进技术,在前期进行精细化设计,实现水质达标、安全生产、高效节能等生产、运营和管理目标。
- Abstract:
- Smart sewage treatment plant is an important and challenging content of smart city and smart water. It includes smart production control system, smart operation system and smart management system. Due to the nonlinearity, time-varying, hysteresis and uncertainty of the biological treatment process, coupling control, modeling and parameter optimization for sewage treatment plant are difficult. The hardware and software systems, data mining and processing, and control management level of the sewage treatment plant are also far from the requirements of the smart sewage treatment plant. Video recognition, robots, BIM, “Internet+”, Internet of Things, cloud computing and big data, etc., should be applied to the construction of smart sewage treatment plant. Refined design should be implemented in the early stage to achieve the goals of the water quality, safty production, energy efficiency and other production management.
