- 长沙某污水厂现状执行一级A排放标准,提标扩建总规模45×104 m3/d,其中一期工程由现状规模20×104 m3/d提标扩容至25×104 m3/d,二期提标工程规模10×104 m3/d,三期扩建工程规模10×104 m3/d。提标扩建后出水水质达到《湖南省城镇污水处理厂主要水污染物排放标准》(DB 43/T 1546—2018)一级标准。提标工程将一期现状MSBR池改造为AAO-MBBR+澄清池,将二期现状曝气生物滤池改造为双填料滤池,实现原位提标,三期扩建工程采用MBR+紫外消毒工艺。该工程预留有3×104 m3/d污水再生回用设施,尾水排放浏阳河。实际运行表明,系统出水水质完全达到了设计标准。
- Abstract:
- The current effluent discharge standard of a sewage treatment plant in Changsha is the first level A discharge standard, and the total scale will reach 45×104 m3/d after the expansion and upgrading. The phase Ⅰ project is expanded from the current scale of 20×104 m3/d to 25×104 m3/d, and those of the phases Ⅱ and Ⅲ are 10×104 m3/d and 10×104 m3/d, respectively. The effluent quality needs to meet the first level criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Major Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (DB 43/T 1546-2018) after the expansion and upgrading. The current MSBR tank of phase Ⅰ was transformed into AAO-MBBR and clarifier. The current biological aerated filter was transformed into double packing media filter in phase Ⅱ to realize the in-situ upgrading. The process of MBR and UV disinfection was adopted in the expansion project of phase Ⅲ. In addition, the sewage recycling facilities with scale of 3×104 m3/d were reserved, and tail water was discharged into Liuyang River. The actual operation indicated that the effluent quality of the system completely met the design standard.
