- 针对因底泥不稳定极易造成水体浑浊的问题,基于对蚯蚓土的形成机理研究,提出采用仿生手段来实现底泥稳定的思路。采用以多糖高分子为主的团粒结构改良剂,实现对底泥的团粒结构改良,分析了团粒结构的包裹和固化机理。实验室的团粒造粒抑浑试验验证了仿生改良手段抑浑的有效性,中试形成了工程尺度下的底泥团粒改良工艺以及相关工程参数。工程实践进一步验证了团粒结构改良的包裹和固化机理在稳定底泥方面的有效作用,实现了预期的工程效果。
- Abstract:
- In order to control the problem of water turbidity caused by unstable sediment, the academic thought of using bionic method to realize the stability of sediment was put forward based on studying the formation mechanism of earthworm soil. A polymer ameliorator based on polysaccharide was developed to improve the aggregate structure of sediment, and the encapsulation and solidification mechanism of the aggregate structure was analyzed. The effectiveness of the bionic improved method to inhibit turbidity was verified by the experiment of granulation and SS controlling in the laboratory. The pilot-scale experiment formed the sludge improvement process and related parameters in the engineering scale. The engineering practice further verifies the effective role of the encapsulation and solidification mechanism of the improved aggregate structure on the stabilization of sediment and achieves the expected engineering effect.
