- 根据郑州“7·20” 特大暴雨灾害实地调查情况,结合受灾数据,对郑州市中心城区居住小区二次供水设施受灾受损情况进行了统计、分析,通过识别郑州居住小区二次供水设施面对洪涝灾害所暴露出的薄弱环节和关键短板,对受灾的工程原因进行了分析和总结,以期为小区二次供水现有设施防涝工程改造和新建设施防涝工程措施的制定提供依据。
- Abstract:
- According to the on-site investigation and the disaster data of “7·20” Zhengzhou flood disaster in 2021, statistical processing and further analysis of the damage to the residential secondary water supply facilities in the central urban area of Zhengzhou were conducted. Engineering reasons for the disaster were analyzed and summarized, which was based on the recognition of the facilities’ vulnerability and weaknesses during flood disasters. Therefore, this paper can provide references for either reconstructing the existing flood control project or formulation of flood control engineering measures for new secondary water supply facilities.
