- 北京沙河水库一直以来面临着多源污染汇集、生态系统脆弱、水动力缺乏等问题,呈现非常规水源补给的缓滞水体特征。针对以上问题,示范工程制定了“溢流污染防控、面源污染削减、库区生态修复”的技术路线,治理措施包括面源污染防控库滨植被缓冲带、合流制排口初雨截流及溢流污染控制、湿地水域生态修复等。工程实施前预测入库污染量、水环境容量、工程措施污染削减量等指标,评估目标可达性,对设计参数进行纠偏,工程阶段实施后沙河水库外源污染已得到控制,水环境质量明显改善。该系统化分析方法在沙河水库治理中应用效果较好,可为类似库湖水环境治理工程实施提供参考。
- Abstract:
- Shahe Reservoir in Beijing has been faced with problems such as the afflux of multiple source pollution, fragile ecosystems, and lack of hydrodynamic force, representing the characteristics of a slow stagnant water body replenished with reclaimed water. The demonstration project which mainly include overflow pollution prevention and control, non-point source pollution reduction, and reservoir ecological restoration was adopted in order to solve the above problems. Treatment measures include reservoir-side vegetation buffer zone, initial rain interception and overflow pollution control of the combined drainage system, ecological restoration of wetland, etc. Before the implementation of the project, it is necessary to predict indicators such as incoming pollution volume, water environment capacity, and pollution reduction loads of engineering measures, then analyze the target accessibility and correct design parameters. After the implementation of the project phase, the external source pollution of Shahe Reservoir has been controlled, and the water environment quality has been significantly improved. The systematic scheme is effective in Shahe Reservoir treatment and can provide practical reference for similar reservoir and lake water environment treatment projects.
