- 某市沿河大口径截污管道非开挖修复工程作为长江大保护首批落地的重点项目之一,也是当地水环境治理的一个重要环节。通过声呐、潜望镜和闭路电视等多种检测手段发现,此段截污管道存在大量缺陷,亟待改造。通过分析,决定采用砂浆喷涂法、紫外光固化法及螺旋缠绕法等三种修复方式,以应对不同位置、不同类别及等级的缺陷修复要求。详细介绍了部分修复技术、施工流程以及修复效果,可为今后同类型项目提供借鉴。
- Abstract:
- As one of the first key projects of Yangtze River protection, the trenchless rehabilitation project of a city’s large-diameter intercepting sewage pipeline along the river is also an important link of the local water environment treatment. Through Sonar, QV, CCTV and other means of inspection, it is found that there are a lot of defects in this section of the intercepting pipeline, which need to be improved urgently. According to the analysis, it is decided to adopt mortar spraying method, UV curing method and spiral winding method to repair the defects in different positions, types and grades. The rehabilitation technology, construction process and rehabilitation effect are elaborated, which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
