- 为规范和指导小城市地下综合管廊的工程建设,优化和合理配置城市地下空间资源,促进市政设施高品质发展,避免盲目、无序、重复建设,以遂宁市蓬溪县城地下综合管廊规划编制实践为案例,针对项目区建设与规划管理所面临的现实问题,结合相关上位规划,构建了资源合理化利用的创新型、环保型、节能型的现代化绿色市政基础设施体系。同时研究分析了现阶段国内小城市综合管廊工程建设所面临的5个重点问题,以期为小城市市政基础设施的建设发展提供实践依据。
- Abstract:
- This paper aims to regulate and guide the underground utility tunnel construction of small city, optimize and appropriately configure the underground space resources. Moreover, promoting the high-quality development of municipal facilities and avoiding the blind, unordered and repeated construction were also discussed in this paper. Taking the underground utility tunnel planning in Pengxi County of Suining City as a case, an innovative, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving modern green municipal infrastructure system for the rational use of resources was constructed by combing practical problems and relevant previous planningIn addition, five current key problems faced by the domestic underground utility tunnel construction in small cities were analyzed to provide a certain practical basis for the development of municipal infrastructure construction.
