- 地下箱体是全地下式污水处理厂的主要生产区,室内消火栓是其消防设计的重要内容,但是,针对性指导文件的缺位给设计工作造成了诸多不便。按照国内现行相关规范对其他同等规模地下空间室内消防设计的要求,全地下式污水处理厂地下箱体内应设置消火栓灭火系统,设计流量最小为10 L/s、最大为40 L/s。案例分析结果显示,工程实践与以上规律一致:全地下式污水处理厂地下箱体室内消火栓的设计流量一般不小于10 L/s,且任一着火点应保证有两支消防水枪的2股充实水柱能够到达;是否设置自动灭火系统对地下箱体室内消火栓设计流量无影响。
- Abstract:
- Underground structural box (USB) is the main production area of an underground wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), and indoor fire hydrant is an important part of its fire protection design. However, the lack of specific guidance documents leads to a lot of inconvenience to the design work. In accordance with the requirements of current relevant regulations for indoor fire design of other underground spaces with the same size in China, the USB of an underground WWTP should be equipped with a fire hydrant extinguishing system, and the minimum and maximum design flow is 10 L/s and 40 L/s, respectively. The results of case study show that the engineering practice is consistent with the above laws: the design flow of fire hydrant in the USB of underground WWTP is generally not less than 10 L/s, and any fire point shall be guaranteed to be accessible by two solid streams from two fire guns; whether the automatic fire extinguishing system is installed or not has no influence on the design flow of fire hydrant in USB.
