- 为了更详细地分析移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)中泥膜系统的生物群落结构,对某污水厂生化池内的活性污泥、填料表面松散型和内部紧密型生物膜进行了高通量测序。结果表明,三者的优势菌属存在明显区别。其中,活性污泥中富集了大量硝化菌和除磷菌,主要承担硝化和除磷的作用;松散型生物膜上存在着丰度较高的与耐抗生素、耐金属和降解有毒污染物等相关的功能菌属,推测松散型生物膜主要起到拦截过滤污染物、保护内层生物膜的作用;紧密型生物膜上的主要菌属包括反硝化菌、纤维素水解菌和厌氧氨氧化菌等。泥膜系统内不同厚度的生物膜与活性污泥之间相互协作,实现了氮和磷的强化去除。
- Abstract:
- The activated sludge and the surface loosely?attached biofilm and the inner tightly-attached biofilm on the packing media from the biochemical tank of a wastewater treatment plant were sequenced by high throughput sequencing, so as to comprehensively analyze the microbial community composition of sludge and biofilm in a moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR). There were significant differences among the dominant bacterial genera of the three samples. Among them, a large number of nitrifying bacteria and phosphorus removal bacteria were enriched in the activated sludge, which were mainly responsible for nitrification and phosphorus removal. The loosely-attached biofilm had a high abundance of functional bacteria related to antibiotic resistance, metal resistance and degradation of toxic pollutants. The surface loosely-attached biofilm was speculated to mainly play the role of intercepting and filtering pollutants and protecting the inner biofilm. The bacterial genera of the tightly-attached biofilm mainly included denitrifying bacteria, cellulolytic hydrolyzing bacteria and Anammox bacteria. The cooperation between activated sludge and biofilm with different thickness in the system enhanced the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus.
