- 以武汉北湖污水处理厂(处理规模80×104 m3/d)和配套大东湖污水隧道各预处理站为例,对生产监控系统涉及的各网络节点、站点和数据特征进行深入分析和研究。采用异构网络融合技术对厂内自控SCADA系统、厂用电监控系统(ECS)和视频图像VMS系统进行了数据中心数据接入融合,并扩展延伸到厂外大东湖污水隧道各预处理站的信号融合接入和厂内管理部门、厂外上级部门、监管部门的生产信息发布。同时广泛采用容错技术保证各节点信号传输的可靠性、稳定性和准确性。数据中心基础设施采用超融合虚拟化技术对监控系统实时数据服务器、历史数据服务器、WEB发布服务器进行虚拟池化部署,并采用面向对象的组件实现方法,在数据中心层面对设备多种属性进行归一化处理、一体化发布,方便运行人员更直观地通过一个数据中心平台监控全厂及管网泵站(预处理站)设备工艺自控信号、电气运行参数和视频图像信号,消除了传统生产监控系统因多系统部署导致信息割裂的“孤岛现象”。武汉北湖污水处理厂自2020年11月通水生产以来,该示范项目技术应用运行稳定,完全达到预期效果。
- Abstract:
- Taking Wuhan Beihu sewage treatment plant (STP) with treatment capacity of 80×104 m3/d and the pre-treatment stations of the supporting Dadonghu sewage tunnel as an example, the network nodes, sites and data characteristics involved in the production monitoring system are deeply analyzed and studied. Heterogeneous network integration technology is applied to integrate not only the data center access of the networks within the STP such as station automatic control SCADA system, electrical monitoring ECS system and video image VMS system, but also the signal fusion access of the pre-treatment stations of Dadonghu sewage tunnel network outside the STP as well as the production information release of the management department, the outside superior department and the supervision department. Fault tolerance technology is widely applied to ensure the reliability, stability and accuracy of signal transmission at each node. Super integration and virtualization technology is applied to implement virtual pooling deployment of real-time data servers, historical data servers and WEB servers of the monitoring system in data center infrastructure. Object-oriented component realization method is applied to normalize and release various equipment attributes in the data center for the operators to monitor industrial control signals, electrical operation parameters and video image signals of equipment in the whole STP and pipe network pumping stations (pre?treatment stations) more intuitively through a data center platform, thus to eliminate the isolated information island caused by multi-system deployment in traditional production monitoring systems. Since Wuhan Beihu STP started operation in November 2020, the technology has been operating effectively to fully achieve the expected results.
