- 以贵阳某下沉式城镇污水处理工程(设计处理规模为8.0×104 m3/d)为例,介绍了预处理+改良AAO+悬浮填料生化池+高效沉淀池+深床反硝化滤池+紫外消毒工艺在市政生活污水处理中的应用情况,同时介绍了该工程采用的智慧水务管理系统、水源热泵、精准加药、精确曝气等智慧化管理及绿色低碳节能技术,可为同类工程设计提供一定的参考与借鉴。该污水处理厂已稳定运行两年,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,其中主要指标COD、BOD5、NH3-N及TP达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅳ类标准,尾水排放入河,具有较好的环境效益。
- Abstract:
- The design scale of an underground wastewater treatment plant in Guizhou is 80 000 m3/d. This paper introduced the application of its combined process consisting of pretreatment, modified AAO, biochemical tank packed with suspended packing media, high efficient sedimentation tank, deep bed denitrification filter and ultraviolet disinfection in municipal wastewater treatment, and the intelligent management and green low-carbon energy-saving technologies such as smart water management system, water source heat pump, precise dosing and precise aeration applied in the project, so as to provide certain reference for the design of similar projects. The wastewater treatment plant has been running stably for two years, and the effluent quality meets the first level A limit specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002), among which the main indicators such as COD, BOD5, NH3-N and TP reach the class Ⅳ limit specified in Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB 3838-2002). The tail water is discharged into the river, and good environmental benefits are obtained.
