- 针对传统市政排水养护管理流程中普遍存在的计划编制缺乏科学指导、现场操作缺乏规范约束、作业安全缺乏有效监管、养护费用缺乏可靠计量等问题,结合城市排水管渠养护标准规范、智慧水务管理特点及各类用户业务需求,对传统排水设施养护流程进行了优化迭代设计,提出了基于全生命周期管护策略的市政排水养护信息化管理新思路,并有针对性地进行了系统功能设计和应用实践。结果表明,该系统应用情况良好,适用于城市排水管网维养管理,有助于提高城市排水管网运维水平。
- Abstract:
- Taking into account the common issues with traditional municipal drainage maintenance, such as the absence of scientific guidance for planning, the lack of standardized on-site operations, the inadequate supervision of operation safety, and the absence of reliable measurement of maintenance costs, etc. This paper optimized the maintenance process of traditional drainage facilities by combing with relevant urban drainage pipe and canal maintenance standards, smart water management characteristics and various users’ business needs. A new mode of information management about municipal drainage maintenance base on full life cycle management strategy was also proposed, as well as targeted system function design and application were conducted. The results indicated that the system is in good application condition, and is well-suited for the maintenance and management of the urban drainage pipe network. It plays a significant role in enhancing the overall operation and maintenance level of the urban drainage pipe network.
