- 排水管网在线液位监测是最经济、可靠的在线监测预警手段。通过在长江中下游W市某污水系统片区建立在线液位监测系统,构建了排水管道正常运行状态下的上下游液面高程差与下游液面高程的相关关系,在此基础上,建立了基于排水管道液位监测的管道运行状态诊断分析方法,通过实际案例对管道堵塞、淤积缺陷进行了识别和精准定位。最后结合实践从管道基础信息、设备安装点位、设备运营三个方面对提高排水管网在线液位监测分析的准确性提出建议,为排水系统的高效运维提供经验。
- Abstract:
- Online liquid level monitoring of drainage network is the most economical and reliable online monitoring and early warning means. Through the establishment of an online liquid level monitoring system in a sewage system area of W City in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, the correlation between the upstream and downstream liquid level elevation difference and the downstream liquid level elevation under normal operation of the drainage pipeline is constructed. On this basis, the drainage network operation status diagnosis and analysis method based on liquid level monitoring is established, and the blockage and siltation of pipeline are identified and accurately positioned through actual cases. Finally, based on practice, suggestions are put forward to improve the accuracy of online level monitoring and analysis of drainage pipe network from three aspects: pipeline basic information, equipment installation site, and equipment operation to provide experience for efficient operation and maintenance of drainage system.
