- 防淹设计是全地下式污水处理厂站安全设计的重中之重。针对防淹设计存在的问题,结合武汉市大东湖污水深隧工程二郎庙污水预处理站设计案例,介绍了通过提升泵出水池设置低位堰和高位堰,并利用速闭闸进行高、低位堰切换,预处理站末端设置溢流提升泵及相应的防倒灌闸门,在避免雨季进水流量超标和下游发生事故时而造成地下箱体遭受水淹的同时,实现了污水处理系统连续正常运行。
- Abstract:
- Flood prevention design is of top priority for design of underground sewage treatment plant (station). In view of the existing problems in flood prevention design, combined with the design case of Erlangmiao sewage pretreatment station of Dadonghu sewage deep tunnel project in Wuhan, this paper introduces that by setting low and high weir at the outlet of lift pump, switching between high and low weir with quick closing gate, as well as setting overflow lift pump and corresponding anti-backdown gate at the end of the pretreatment station, the underground box can avoid flooding caused by the excessive inflow in the rains and the downstream facilities accident, and the sewage treatment system can operate normally and continuously at the same time.
