- 针对城市污水系统“厂”“网”及“厂网”安全性薄弱、保障程度低的问题,以流域整体为单元,从污水总量平衡角度着手核算水量,利用枢纽泵站改造契机,结合重力流、压力流单向、压力流双向调配等模式,顺利实现流域内污水系统“上游、中游、下游”互联互通、统一调度,提升污水系统应急保障能力,减少污染溢流入河,建设安全可靠、韧性高效、环境友好和灰绿融合的城市污水系统,为超大城市可持续污水系统建设提供深圳范式。
- Abstract:
- Aiming at the problems of weak security and low security degree of the “sewage treatment plant (STP)”, “sewage network (SN)” and “STP-SN” of the urban sewage system, the water quantity is calculated from the perspective of total sewage balance by taking the whole basin as a unit. Taking advantage of the hub pumping station transformation, and combining the modes of gravity flow, one-way pressure flow, two-way pressure flow, and etc., the “upstream, midstream, downstream” interconnection and unified scheduling of the sewage system in the basin is successfully realized, thus to improve the emergency support capability of the sewage system, reduce pollutant overflow, and build a safe, reliable, resilient, efficient, environmentally friendly, and gray-green urban sewage system, which provides the Shenzhen paradigm for the construction of a sustainable sewage system in megacities.
