- 珠海井岸水质净化厂作为珠海西区第一座地上式污水处理厂,随着城市的发展,其水量、水质及环境景观已不能满足现状要求,亟须进行提标扩容改造。因项目用地受限,污水处理采用紧凑型CAST生化池+高效沉淀池+滤布滤池工艺,通过高加盖、建筑风貌改造、生态景观提升等措施将传统地上式水质净化厂打造成用地集约、功能复合的花园厂区。改造后处理规模由3.5×104 m3/d增至8.0×104 m3/d,出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准及广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26—2001)一级标准(第二时段)的较严值,项目运行后出水各项指标均稳定达标,可为类似工程提供参考。
- Abstract:
- Jing’an sewage purification plant, the first above?ground sewage treatment plant in the western district of Zhuhai, has experienced increasing challenges due to urban development. Its current treatment capacity, water quality standards, and environmental landscape no longer align with modern requirements, necessitating urgent upgrading, expansion, and renovation. Due to the constrained availability of land for the project, the sewage treatment adopted the compact CAST biochemical tank+high-efficiency sedimentation tank+cloth media filter process. By implementing measures such as high- level covering, architectural style renovation, and ecological landscape enhancement, the conventional above-ground sewage purification plant was transformed into a garden-style sewage treatment plant characterized by intensive land utilization and multi-functionality. After the transformation, the processing capacity was enhanced from 3.5×104 m3/d to 8.0×104 m3/d. The effluent quality is required to conform to the first level A limit specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002) and the stricter requirements of the first level limit (second phase) specified in Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants (DB 44/26-2001) of Guangdong Province. Upon the project’s commissioning, all effluent parameters consistently meet the prescribed standards, providing a valuable reference for analogous projects.
