- 白酒生产废水有机物含量高,可生化性好,因此将生活污水与白酒生产废水协同处理,有望提高污水厂进水C/N,实现白酒生产废水资源化。以遵义市某污水处理厂为例,从污水厂处理效果、运行成本影响及存在的风险三方面,对生活污水与白酒生产废水协同处理的可行性进行了深入研究。结果表明,生活污水与白酒生产废水协同处理能够提高进水C/N和处理系统的活性污泥浓度,并改善污泥沉降性能,进一步降低出水污染物浓度;白酒生产废水常见重金属含量极低,协同处理后镉、铬和砷等重金属含量低于排放标准,无重金属风险;协同处理后污泥产量略有增加,但不会影响后续处理处置;白酒生产废水运输过程的监管机制能够有效降低运输风险;协同处理后污水厂运行成本有所降低,不仅节省了碳源费用而且还能收取白酒生产废水处理费。研究表明,生活污水与白酒生产废水协同处理是可行的,在协同处理期间需统筹考虑白酒生产废水投加量、收费标准和运输储存等影响因素,保障协同处理的工艺安全、环保风险以及经济性。
- Abstract:
- Liquor wastewater showed high organic content and good biodegradability. The synergistic treatment of municipal wastewater and liquor wastewater is expected to increase the influent C/N ratio and promote the recycling of liquor wastewater. Taking a sewage treatment plant in Zunyi City as an example, the feasibility of synergistic treatment of domestic sewage and liquor wastewater was studied from three aspects of treatment effect, operation cost and risk. The results indicated that the synergistic treatment of domestic sewage and liquor wastewater increased the influent C/N ratio, raise the activated sludge concentration, and improve sludge settle ability, resulting in lower effluent pollutant concentrations. The wastewater from liquor production typically contains very low levels of heavy metals. After synergistic treatment, the effluent shows Cd, Cr, and As concentrations below discharge standards, posing no heavy metal risk. After synergistic treatment, the amount of sludge generated increased slightly, which will not adversely affect sludge treatment and disposal operations. Effective supervision mechanisms for liquor wastewater logistics could mitigate transportation risks. The synergistic treatment reduced the operational cost of the sewage plant, reducing carbon source costs and generating revenue through liquor wastewater treatment. The study concluded that the synergistic treatment of domestic sewage and liquor wastewater was feasible, and the dosage of liquor production wastewater, charging standards, and transportation/storage conditions were important factors influence the synergistic treatment, ensuring both the process safety and environmental risk control of co?treatment while maintaining cost?effectiveness.
