- 以沈阳市老旧市政供水管网改造工程的西江街段(佛山路-白山路)给水主管道改造为研究对象,介绍了给水管道检测和缺陷评估情况。依据适用范围和使用条件、施工和设计影响因素,对非开挖修复方案进行比选,提出了管道变形坍塌处采用土体注浆与不锈钢套筒法组合进行局部修复、非管道变形坍塌处采用翻转式原位固化法进行整体修复的方案,并取得了良好的修复效果和经济效益,可为该地区同类型工程提供借鉴。
- Abstract:
- Taking the renovation of the main water supply pipeline in Xijiang Street section (Foshan Road to Baishan Road) of the old municipal water supply network renovation project in Shenyang as a research object, this paper introduces the detection and defect assessment of the water supply pipeline, and puts forward the comparison and selection of the trenchless renovation schemes according to the application scope, service conditions, construction and design influencing factors;proposes the combined soil grouting and stainless steel sleeve method for local repair of pipeline deformation and collapse, and the cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for overall repair of non-pipeline deformation and collapse, which has achieved good technical and economic benefits, and can provide reference for similar projects in this area.
