- 为提高板框压滤机对市政浓缩污泥的脱水效率,分析了剩余污泥不同调理模式(絮凝成团、水分转化+絮凝成团、絮凝成团+骨架构建)对压滤效率的影响。结果表明,絮凝成团对污泥颗粒携带的Zeta电位进行中和后无法形成较大絮团,而吸附架桥可形成大絮团并降低比阻。水分转化+絮凝成团既能将结合水转化为自由水,又可形成较大絮团并降低比阻。絮凝成团+骨架构架能降低浓缩污泥过滤时形成“泥皮”的压缩性指数,从而降低比阻。模拟实验发现,仅絮凝成团无法提高板框压滤机的进样速率,水分转化+絮凝成团的整体效率和效果最优。
- Abstract:
- To enhance the dewatering efficiency of municipal concentrated sludge using plate and frame filter presses, this study analyzed the impact of various conditioning methods applied to excess sludge—specifically, flocculation and agglomeration, water conversion combined with flocculation and agglomeration, and flocculation and agglomeration with skeleton construction—on filtration performance. The flocculation and agglomeration was incapable of forming large flocs after neutralizing the Zeta potential on the surface of sludge particles, whereas the adsorption bridging generated larger flocs and effectively reduced specific resistance. The water conversion combined with flocculation and agglomeration not only facilitated the conversion of bound water into free water, but also promoted the formation of larger flocs and further decreased specific resistance. The flocculation and agglomeration combined with skeleton construction effectively reduced the compressibility index of the “sludge skin” formed during the dewatering process of concentrated sludge, thereby decreasing the specific resistance to filtration. The simulation experiment demonstrated that the flocculation and agglomeration alone was insufficient to enhance the injection rate of the plate and frame filter press. The water conversion combined with flocculation and agglomeration achieved the highest overall efficiency and optimal results.
