- 排水系统作为城市必不可少的基础设施,摸清其底数和拓扑结构十分关键。目前,城市污水管网普遍存在高水位运行情况,经过对比发现,声波技术具有不受管材限制、无须管道开挖且传播距离较长等突出优势。对声波原理进行分析,借助COMSOL多物理场仿真软件搭建仿真模型,为后续声波探查设备的研发提供理论基础。详细介绍了声波探查设备的技术原理、操作应用等。结合实际高水位管道探查案例,验证了该设备应用的可靠性和准确性,进一步表明其具有操作便捷、显著降低成本及提高管网探测工作效率等优势,可作为解决城镇排水管网高水位运行管段探测难题的方法。
- Abstract:
- Urban drainage system is an essential infrastructure in urban construction, so it is very important to find out its basic number and topological structure. At present, there is a high water level operation in the general section of the urban sewage network. To solve this problem, it is found that the acoustic wave technology has outstanding advantages such as being free from the restriction of pipes, no excavation treatment and long propagation distance.In this paper, the principle of acoustic wave is analyzed, and a simulation model is built with the help of COMSOL multiphysics software, which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent research and development of acoustic wave exploration equipment. The technical principle, operation and application of acoustic detection equipment are introduced in detail from the angle of working principle, exploration mode and application range. The reliability and accuracy of the device are verified by a practical case of high water level pipeline exploration, and it is further demonstrated that the device has advantages of convenient operation, significant cost reduction and improved efficiency of pipe network exploration. It can be used as a method to solve the difficult problem of pipe segment exploration in high water level operation conditions in urban drainage pipe network topology relationship exploration.
