- 采用Fe2+/H2O2(Fenton)和Fe2+/过二硫酸盐(PDS)处理染料废水的生物处理出水,考察了两种高级氧化工艺对有机物的去除特性。结果表明,亲水性组分是废水中的主要有机物,且以分子质量(MW)10 ku的有机物为主。优化条件下,Fenton对总有机碳(TOC)的去除率(66.45%)显著优于Fe2+/PDS(31.74%),且Fenton对亲水性组分尤其是亲水中性组分的去除更有效。分子质量分布和三维荧光光谱分析结果表明,Fenton能有效去除各分子质量区间的有机物,破坏其分子结构。而Fe2+/PDS出水主要为溶解性微生物代谢产物,经Fe2+/PDS处理后废水中MW10 ku的物质被转化为MW1 ku的物质。傅里叶变换离子回旋共振质谱分析表明,Fenton对木质素类有机物的去除效果优于Fe2+/PDS工艺,而Fe2+/PDS出水中有机物的分子总数显著增加。
- Abstract:
- Fe2+/H2O2 (Fenton) and Fe2+/peroxydisulfate (PDS) were used to treat the effluent from biological treatment of dye wastewater,to explore the removal characteristics of organic matter by both advanced oxidation technology. The results indicated that hydrophilic components were the main organic compounds in the wastewater, and composed mainly of organic compounds with a molecular weight (MW) greater than 10 ku. Under optimized conditions, the removal of total organic carbon (TOC) from wastewater by Fenton (66.45%) was significantly better than Fe2+/PDS (31.74%), and Fenton was more effective in removing hydrophilic components, especially hydrophilic neutral components. The results of molecular weight distribution,three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy and other analysis showed that Fenton could effectively remove organic matters in all molecular mass intervals and destroy their molecular structures.Howevers,Fe2+/PDS effluent was mainly dissolved microbial metabolites, and the organic matter of MW10 ku in the wastewater was converted to the matter of MW1 ku after Fe2+/PDS treatment. Using Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry analysis, it was found that the Fenton process demonstrated superior removal efficiency for lignin?like organic compounds compared to the Fe2+/PDS system, whereas the Fe2+/PDS treatment resulted in a significant increase in molecular population of organic matters in effluent.
