- 针对长江经济带某典型污水处理厂进水浓度低、污水处理效能低的问题,采用在线水量水质监测方法进行排水管网系统监测与诊断,并基于管网节点流量平衡方程、物料守恒方程精确计算各排水分区的外水入流入渗情况。基于诊断结果,优先对外水严重不平衡区域实施管网修复与改造工程。集中外水入流入渗点改造完成后,污水厂进水COD浓度提高29.63%以上,污水厂运行效能明显提升。研究结果表明,基于在线水量水质监测的排水管网诊断技术可助力污水处理厂提质增效。
- Abstract:
- In response to the challenges posed by low influent concentration and reduced treatment efficiency at a typical wastewater treatment plant within the Yangtze River Economic Belt, an on-line water quantity and quality monitoring approach was implemented to assess and diagnose the performance of the drainage network system. By applying the flow balance equation and the material conservation equation at network nodes, the inflow and infiltration of external water into each drainage zone were quantitatively analyzed. Based on the diagnostic results, priority should be given to the implementation of pipe network repair and renovation projects in areas experiencing a severe imbalance in external water supply. After the renovation of the centralized external water inflow and infiltration points was completed, the influent COD concentration of the wastewater treatment plant increased by over 29.63%, indicating a significant improvement in operational efficiency. The findings demonstrate that drainage network diagnosis technology based on on?line water quantity and quality monitoring can effectively improve quality and efficiency of wastewater treatment plants.
