- 针对传统二维设计在甘泉堡天银纺织园配套污水处理厂工程总承包(EPC)项目中存在的设计变更频繁、工期紧、任务重、专业协同效率低等问题,采用基于Revit软件及协同平台的BIM正向设计,实现全专业三维可视化集成设计与高效协同。在正向设计过程中,定制了项目样板,对模型定位原则、文件拆分方法、模型及构件命名规则和模型配色规范进行了统一规定;基于整合模型进行碰撞检测并进一步优化设计,实现自动出图和工程量计算。此外,模型承载着大量工程信息,可为后续建设智慧施工平台和智慧型污水处理厂奠定基础。未来,随着BIM技术的进一步成熟和BIM标准的逐步完善,BIM正向设计将成为工程行业从信息化走向智慧化的重要支撑。
- Abstract:
- BIM?based forward design using Revit software and the collaborative platform was carried out in light of the challenges encountered in the traditional two-dimensional design process of the Ganquanbao Tianyin textile park supporting wastewater treatment plant engineering general contracting (EPC) project, including frequent design modifications, a compressed project timeline, heavy workloads, and limited inter-disciplinary collaboration efficiency, enabling integrated three-dimensional visual design and enhancing coordination efficiency across all disciplines. During the forward design process, a customized project template was developed, and unified standards were established for model positioning principles, file splitting methods, naming conventions for models and components, and color coordination guidelines. Based on the integrated model, collision detection was performed to further optimize the design, thereby enabling automated drafting and accurate calculation of engineering quantities. In addition, the model contained a substantial amount of engineering information, which can serve as a foundation for the future development of a smart construction platform and an intelligent wastewater treatment facility. As BIM technology continues to mature and relevant standards are progressively refined, BIM-based forward design is expected to become a key enabler for the engineering industry’s transition from informatization to intelligent operations.
