- 市政管线迁改是地铁建设前期的重要工作,市政管线具有数量多、服务范围广、埋设深、管径大、迁改难度高等特点。西安地铁14号线为2021年全运会配套地铁项目,其双寨站管线迁改涉及雨、污水管道,综合管廊,燃气管道以及给水、电力、通信管线的迁改。设计遵循满足地铁施工要求、避免重复迁改、降低交通影响等原则,迁改难点包括满足新规划标准、保证排水通畅、协调管廊与地铁站位置及高程关系等。迁改方案包括雨水、污水、燃气管道的绕行永久迁改,综合管廊与地铁站顶板共板设计的原位永久迁改,以及给水、电力、通信管线的临时迁改,可为类似项目提供参考。
- Abstract:
- The relocation of municipal pipelines constitutes a critical task in the initial phase of subway construction. These pipelines are characterized by a large number, extensive service coverage, deep burial depth, substantial pipe diameter, and significant relocation challenges. The Xi’an metro line 14 was a supporting infrastructure project for the 14th National Games held in 2021. The pipeline relocation work at Shuangzhai station involved the adjustment of rainwater and sewage pipelines, utility tunnels, gas pipelines, water supply, electricity as well as communication pipelines. The design complied with the principles of fulfilling subway construction requirements, preventing redundant relocation and reconstruction, and minimizing disruption to traffic. The challenges associated with relocation involved compliance with updated planning standards, ensuring effective drainage performance, coordinating the spatial alignment and elevation integration between the utility tunnel and the subway station, and other considerations. The plan encompassed the rerouting and permanent relocation of rainwater, sewage, and gas pipelines, the in-situ permanent relocation of the co-slab structure shared by the utility tunnel and the subway station’s roof, as well as the temporary relocation of water supply, electricity, and communication pipelines, offering valuable reference for similar infrastructure projects.
