- 基于珠三角平原河网区内涝防治的关键问题识别,探索竖向高程-雨水管网-管控水位-水面率专业协同、要素平衡的治涝对策,提出基于竖向约束确定内河涌管控水位及适宜水面率(蓄水空间)保障的技术方法,并将该方法应用到南沙区东涌东排涝分区的内涝防治项目,可为平原河网区内涝防治提供有益尝试及补充。
- Abstract:
- Based on the identification of key issues in waterlogging remediation within the plain river network areas of the Pearl River Delta, this study explores the flood control countermeasures of vertical elevation-stormwater pipe network-water level control-water surface ratio with multi-disciplinary collaboration and multi-factor balance. It proposes a technical method for determining the water level control and appropriate water surface ratio (water storage capacity) based on vertical constraints. This method has been applied to the waterlogging prevention and control in the Dongchong East drainage sub-district of Nansha, so as to provide a beneficial solution for the waterlogging prevention and control in plain river network areas.
