- 四川省某市政污水处理厂提标改造工程由于用地紧张与改造资金受限,经过方案比选,确定采用四级A/O+高密度沉淀池+反硝化滤池的深度处理组合工艺,改造后出水COD、NH3-N、TP、TN分别降至8.42、0.14、0.09、4.96 mg/L,较改造前分别降低41.9%、76.7%、55.0%和45.5%,出水水质稳定达到《四川省岷江、沱江流域水污染物排放标准》(DB51/2311—2016),运行电耗仅为0.35 kW·h/m3,实现了污染治理与碳减排的协同优化。实际工程运行效果表明,该组合工艺具有空间集约、运行稳定、节能高效等优势。
- Abstract:
- Taking the upgrading and reconstruction of a municipal wastewater treatment plant in Sichuan Province as an example, under the condition of limited land availability and budget restrictions, the advanced treatment combined process of four-stage A/O + high density sedimentation tank + denitrification filter was adopted. After the reconstruction, the effluent concentrations of COD, NH3-N, TP, and TN were reduced to 8.42 mg/L, 0.14 mg/L, 0.09 mg/L, and 4.96 mg/L, respectively, which were 41.9%, 76.7%, 55.0%, and 45.5% lower than those before the reconstruction. The effluent quality stably meets the Water Pollution Discharge Standards for Minjiang and Tuojiang River Basins in Sichuan Province(DB51/2311-2016), with an energy consumption of only 0.35 kW·h/m3, achieving synergistic optimization of pollution control and carbon reduction. The operational results show that the combined process has advantages such as space efficiency, operational stability, energy-saving and high efficiency.
