- 北京市平谷区王辛庄镇、马昌营镇、东高村镇区域新建27座村镇级污水处理站,采用地埋式AO-MBR一体化设备+垂直潜流人工湿地工艺对三镇区26个村庄的生活污水进行处理,总处理规模为2 580 m3/d。2023年1月—12月进水量、水质及AO-MBR出水水质监测结果表明,除湿地TN去除率(18.60%)较低外,AO-MBR生化段及后续湿地对COD、NH3-N、TP及BOD5均具有较好的去除率。系统出水水质满足北京市《水污染物综合排放标准》(DB11/307-2013)的新(改、扩)污水处理站中A排放限值。系统建成后,污水负荷率为74.67%,污水收集处理率达到83.34%。在全系统建设投资中,场站部分为12 421.17元/m3,配套收集管网部分为68 739.29元/m3(690.07元/m)。污水处理站直接运行成本为2.56元/m3,膜更新成本为0.213元/m3;管网运行成本为1.052元/m3(2.88元/m)。
- Abstract:
- Twenty-seven village-level sewage treatment stations were built in Wangxinzhuang Town, Machangying Town and Donggaocun Town of Pinggu District, Beijing. The domestic sewage from 26 villages in the three towns was treated by buried AO-MBR integrated equipment and vertical subsurface flow constructed wetland process, with a total treatment capacity of 2 580 m3/d. The monitoring results of influent quantity, water quality and AO-MBR effluent quality from January to December in 2023 showed that the removal rates of COD, NH3-N, TP and BOD5 in the biochemical section of AO-MBR and the subsequent wetlands were good, except that the removal rate of TN in the wetland was low(18.60%). The effluent quality of the system meets the discharge limit A in the new (modified, expanded) sewage treatment station in the Integrated Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants(DB11/307-2013) of Beijing. After the completion of the system, the sewage load rate is 74.67%, and the sewage collection and treatment rate is 83.34%. In the construction investment of the whole system, the stations is 12 421.17 CNY/m3, and the supporting collection pipe network is 68 739.29 CNY/m3(690.07 CNY/m). The direct operation cost of the sewage treatment station is 2.56 CNY/m3, the membrane renewal cost is 0.213 CNY/m3, and the operation cost of the pipe network is 1.052 CNY/m3(2.88 CNY/m).
