- 针对我国城镇排水管网当前面临的外水入侵严重、溢流污染频发及运行效能低下等突出问题与挑战,本文将供水管网中成熟的独立计量区(DMA)理念引入排水系统,构建“分级管理+分区计量”的协同管理框架,将复杂排水系统划分为不同级别的管理区与水质水量监测计量区,为量化诊断管网关键问题并建立考核达标体系提供支撑。以H市某污水处理厂服务片区为例,划分5个一级管理区和5个独立计量区域,92 d的连续监测表明,该方法可有效识别外来水入侵的时空差异,其中梦溪路泵站区问题最为突出。研究表明,排水管网的DMA分级分区可显著提升排水管网管理效能,对推动我国排水系统精细化管理具有重要价值与意义。
- Abstract:
- In order to solve the problems of external water intrusion, frequent overflow pollution and low operation efficiency in urban drainage systems in China, in this paper, the mature concept of district metered area (DMA) in the water supply network is introduced into the drainage system. The complex drainage system is divided into different levels of management areas and water quality and quantity monitoring and measurement areas. It provides support for quantitative diagnosis of key problems in different areas and establishment of assessment standard system. Taking a sewage plant service area in H city as an example, five first-level management areas and five independent measurement areas were divided, and 92 days of continuous monitoring showed that this method can effectively identify the spatial and temporal characteristics of external water intrusion in different areas, among which the problem of Mengxi pumping station area is the most prominent. The research shows that the DMA divided area of drainage network can significantly improve the management efficiency of drainage network, which is of great value and significant to promote the fine management of drainage system in China.
