- 为深度挖掘城市污水生物脱氮潜力,对改良式序批间歇反应器(MSBR)工艺进行了强化生物脱氮设计。本文详细介绍了洋湖再生水厂(三期)工程10单元MSBR工艺的主要设计参数、强化生物脱氮设计方案及实际运行效果。运行结果表明,通过前置缺氧反硝化、后置缺氧反硝化生物脱氮和主曝气好氧单元优化设计等措施,2024年10单元MSBR工艺出水总氮(TN)日均值为4.10 mg/L。该工艺具有集约、低碳、生物脱氮高效等显著优点,是一种适用于城市污水生物脱氮提质增效的先进生物处理工艺。
- Abstract:
- To further explore the potential for biological nitrogen removal in municipal wastewater, an enhanced biological nitrogen removal design was implemented for the modified sequencing batch reactor (MSBR) process. The main design parameters, enhanced biological nitrogen removal design strategies, and actual operational performance of the 10-unit MSBR process in phase Ⅲ project of the Yanghu reclaimed water plant were discussed in detail. The results demonstrated that through optimization measures including pre-anoxic denitrification, post-anoxic denitrification biological nitrogen removal, and optimized aeration in the main aerobic unit, the average daily total nitrogen (TN) concentration in the effluent of the 10-unit MSBR process in 2024 was as low as 4.10 mg/L. The process exhibits significant advantages in terms of compactness, low carbon emissions, and high efficiency of biological nitrogen removal. Therefore, it can be regarded as an advanced biological treatment process for improving the quality and efficiency of biological nitrogen removal in municipal wastewater.
