- 新建深度处理设施强化二级生化尾水处理是污水处理厂提标改造的常用手段之一。本文介绍了以纯膜移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)为核心的生物集效(BFM)工艺发展,综述了BFM工艺在市政尾水提标中的工程应用,对比了反硝化深床滤池+曝气生物滤池(DNF+BAF)工艺,分析了BFM工艺的建设形式与占地、运行效果、投资与运行费用情况。BFM工艺对进水水质要求低、可实现氮磷高效去除、运行稳定、抗冲击能力较强、具备远期持续提升能力、运行过程经济节约,为市政尾水提标提供了新的路径。后置BFM实施时应重点关注悬浮载体流化能耗、载体搅拌器、拦截系统、膜水分离等关键因素,确保工艺运行安全可靠。
- Abstract:
- The construction of advanced treatment facilities to enhance the treatment of secondary biological tailwater is common in upgrading and renovating wastewater treatment plants. This study presents an overview of the development of the biofilm & magnetic separation (BFM) process with the moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) pure biofilm methodology as the core. It reviews the engineering applications of the BFM process in upgrading of municipal tail water treatment. In comparison with denitrification deep bed filter (DNF) and biological aeration filter (BAF) process, the construction configuration and land utilization, operation efficacy, investment costs and operational expenses of BFM process are analyzed. The BFM process demonstrates low influent water quality requirements, facilitates efficient nitrogen and phosphorus removal, ensures stable operation, exhibits robust resistance to hydraulic and organic shock loads, offers the potential for future performance enhancements, and operates in an economical and efficient manner, thereby providing a novel solution for the upgrading of municipal tailwater treatment. During implementation, critical factors including the energy consumption associated with suspended carrier fluidization, carrier agitators, interception systems, and biofilm-water separation should be given particular-attention to guarantee the safe and reliable functioning of the process.
