- 机场属于大面积的硬化地区,由于航站楼建筑面积、飞行区地面材质等限制,在海绵城市建设方面很难采用常规的建筑或小区模式。南方某机场位于沿海地区,具有地下水位低、土壤为填海区下渗能力不足、需防范鸟类聚集等突出的机场特点;同时,机场属于排水防涝特别重要地区,排涝等级及压力高。以该机场为例,探索了机场的海绵城市建设模式,一方面通过在机场的具体规划建设中落实海绵理念,减轻机场本身的排水防涝压力,并与周边和上游地区排水系统衔接,另一方面则是对大面积硬化的飞行区、高径流污染的停机坪区等特殊片区的海绵城市建设提出设计指引。从源头减量、过程控制、末端治理整体加强机场水系统全过程管控,建立“大-中-小”海绵系统,未来可以进一步在同类机场进行推广。
- Abstract:
- Airport is quite difficult to use “conventional building or residential” mode in the construction of sponge city due to its restrictions from large hardened area, the area of terminal building and the surface material of the flight area. An airport in South China, located in the coastal area, is characterized by the low groundwater level, insufficient infiltration capacity of the soil as a reclamation area, and guarding against bird aggregation. At the same time, the airport was especially important for drainage and waterlogging, with high drainage grade and pressure. This article explored the two construction modes of an airport sponge city in the southern coast of China. On one hand, it implemented the sponge concept in specific planning and construction of the airport to alleviate the pressure of the airport drainage and waterlogging prevention, and to connect the drainage system in surrounding and upstream areas. On the other hand, it provided a design guide for the construction of spongelike cities in special areas such as largeareahardened flight areas and high runoffcontaminated apron areas. From source reduction, process control, to end governance, the whole process control of the airport water system was strengthened, so as to establish a “large-medium-small” sponge system. The sponge system’s technology can be further promoted in the similar airport in future.〖CS〗
