- 聊城市某污水处理厂设计规模为3.5×104 m3/d,出水执行一级A标准。为进一步削减污染物排放量,该污水处理厂决定采用磁絮凝技术进行提标改造,出水执行准地表Ⅳ类水标准,其中SS≤5 mg/L、TP≤0.3 mg/L。介绍了磁絮凝沉淀池提标改造的主要设计参数,以及针对高效沉淀池的池体及设备的改造措施。原深度处理段采用两组高效沉淀池+纤维转盘滤池组合工艺,提标完成后由一组磁絮凝沉淀池承担3.5×104 m3/d规模全部深度处理功能,出水水质稳定满足新的排放要求。
- Abstract:
- The effluent quality from a 35 000 m3/d wastewater treatment plant in Liaocheng City was subject to the first level A criteria in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002). In order to further reduce the discharge pollutants, the wastewater treatment plant has been upgraded and reconstructed by adopting magnetic sedimentation technique to meet the level quasi Ⅳcriteria in Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB 3838-2002), among which the SS limit is 5 mg/L and the TP limit is 0.3 mg/L. This main design parameters of the magnetic sedimentation tank, as well as the improvement measures for the high-efficiency sedimentation tank and equipment were introduced. The original 2 sets of high-efficiency sedimentation tanks and fiber rotary disc filters in the advanced treatment section were replaced by a group of magnetic sedimentation tank which had the same processing capability and stably met the new effluent requirements.
