- 利用吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定多种不同类型水样中的苯甲醚。按照现有行业标准《水质 挥发性有机物的测定 吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法》(HJ 639—2012)中吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定水中挥发性有机物苯甲醚,分别对水样保存条件、样品的干扰和消除、方法的性能指标、不同水样的检测等进行实验考察。结果表明:苯甲醚水样在4 ℃以下保存2 d,通过选择离子分析,苯甲醚与多种挥发性有机物之间不存在干扰,方法的线性范围宽,检出限为0.1 μg/L,加标回收率在87.4%~99.8%之间,相对标准偏差在3.2%~8.2%之间。该方法适用于饮用水、地表水、地下水、海水、工业废水、生活污水等多种水样中苯甲醚的分析,满足不同控制标准要求。
- Abstract:
- The purge and trap/gas chromatography-mass spectrometer method was used for the determination of anisole in different types of water. Analysis of anisole was carried out following the guidelines of Water Quality-Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds-Purge and Trap/Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer (HJ 639-2012). We performed experimental investigation to the preservation conditions of water samples, interference and elimination of samples, performance indexes of the method and the analysis of different water samples. The results showed that anisole water samples could be stored at 4 ℃ for 2 days, and there was no interference between anisole and various volatile organic compounds through selective ion analysis. This analysis method obtained a wide linear range, with a 0.1 μg/L detection limit. Meanwhile, the recovery was between 87.4% - 99.8%, and the relative standard deviation was in the range of 3.2% - 8.2%. The method is suitable for the analysis of anisole in different types of water such as drinking water, surface water, groundwater, seawater, industrial wastewater and sewage, and meets the requirements of different control standards.
