- 海岛海水淡化工程建设是保障我国离岸海岛军民用水安全的重要措施。西沙某岛1 000 m3/d海水淡化厂,采用配置透平式能量回收装置的双膜法一级反渗透处理工艺,介绍了海水淡化工程概况和一级反渗透系统工艺方案。系统运行表明,在一级反渗透系统回收率40%的条件下,能量回收装置效率可达62%以上,节能效果显著,产水能耗为3.34 kW·h/m3。
- Abstract:
- The construction of an island desalination project is an important measure to ensure the water safety of the military and civilian in offshore islands. The double membrane reverse osmosis (RO) technology with turbine energy recovery device was used in the 1 000 m3/d seawater desalination plant in an island of Paracel Islands. The project situation and process scheme of primary RO desalination system are introduced. The operation results showed that the efficiency of energy recovery device was up to 62% under the condition of 40% recovery rate in the primary RO system. The effect of energy saving is remarkable and the energy consumption of unit water production is 3.34 kW·h/m3.
