- 防腐处理是长距离尾水排海管道设计的重要内容之一。传统排海管道内防腐涂层补口施工困难,质量控制难度极大,施工周期较长,无法保证管道使用寿命。根据长距离尾水排海管道的特点,在辽东湾新区尾水排海管道工程中提出取消内腐蚀涂层,适当增加管道壁厚、加大腐蚀余量补偿内防腐的设计方案,并通过管道内腐蚀检测试验确定适当的内腐蚀余量。该工程已于2017年9月竣工通水,目前运行状况良好,相关试验结论及设计方法可为后续工程设计提供参考。
- Abstract:
- The anticorrosion treatment is an important content in the design of submarine outfall pipelines. It is difficult to repair the anticorrosive coating in the traditional sea discharge pipeline, due to great difficulty in quality control and long construction cycle, which cannot guarantee the service life of the pipeline. According to the characteristics of long distance submarine outfall pipeline, this paper puts forward the design scheme of canceling the internal anticorrosive coating and compensating the internal corrosion by appropriately increasing the corrosion allowance of the pipeline wall thickness, and selecting the appropriate corrosion allowance through the internal corrosion detection test of the pipeline in the new area pipeline project of Liaodong Bay. The project was completed in September 2017 and has been running well. The relevant test conclusions and design methods can provide reference for subsequent engineering design.
