摘要:
地下管道高程冲突问题是城市雨污分流管网施工常见的难题。以深圳市某顶管工程为例，分析了管道冲突的解决办法，介绍了逆作法施工冲突段采用护壁井、液压绳锯带水切割技术进行高水位污水管与新建管道接驳和管道封堵废除施工的要点，实现了污水水路迁改，完成了新建管道穿行高水位污水管施工，既缩短了工期，保证了安全，又大幅降低了工程费用。
Abstract:
The elevation conflict of underground pipelines is a common problem in the construction of urban stormwater and sewage diversion network. Taking a pipe jacking project in Shenzhen as an example, the paper analyzes the solution to pipeline conflicts and introduces the key points of top-down construction in the conflict section by wall protection wells, hydraulic rope saw and water cutting technology to connect high-level sewage pipes with new pipelines, and abolish pipeline plugging, thus realizing the relocation of sewage waterways and completing the construction of new pipelines crossing high-level sewer, which not only shortens the construction period while ensuring the safety, but also greatly reduces the project cost.
