- 闭水试验是对无压管道质量控制的一项重要手段,但该试验存在检测器具分辨力低、误差较大、器具前端与液面接触状况较难把握、多次测量点位难保持重复性、不能持续观测等问题。为此研制了改进型无压管道闭水试验检测装置,该装置采用浮球、轻质金属杆、三脚架、套管、百分表的组合进行测试,可以实时观测底部液位变化情况,对微小变化进行精确表征。通过设计相关试验,认为改进型试验装置较常规试验装置有较大改善,改进型装置测试结果相对误差小于0.13%、线性相关性达到99.5%、标准差为0.2 mm,同时更接近理论变化值。该改进型试验装置提高了分辨力、离散程度小、准确度高,并在工程检测现场成功应用,效果较好。
- Abstract:
- Closed water test is an important method for quality control of non-pressure pipelines, while it has some problems, such as low resolution of the measuring instrument, large error, difficulty in grasping the contact between the front end of the measuring instrument and the liquid surface, difficulty in keeping high repeatability, and inability to consistent testing. In view of the above problems, an improved closed water test detection device for non-pressure pipelines is developed. The device uses a combination of floating ball, light metal rod, tripod, casing and dial indicator to test, and can observe the change of the bottom liquid level in real-time and accurately characterize the small changes. Through designing the related tests, it is consinered that the improved test device has a greater improvement than the conventional test device. The relative error of the improved test device is less than 0.13%, the linear correlation is 99.5%, and the standard deviation is 0.2 mm, which is closer to the theoretical change value. The improved test device has improved the resolution, small dispersion and high accuracy, and has been successfully applied in the engineering inspection site with good results.
