- 为解决供水保证率不足及水质合格率偏低等问题,四川东北某县城实施嘉陵江供水工程,其中,取水工程采用浮船式取水泵站,浮船取水具有取水水质好、投资省的优点,但在实际运行中发现,在洪水期,江水浮渣量大、浊度高,易导致水泵吸水管堵塞、泵轴冷却水系统失效,同时变频泵受静扬程高的影响,调频过程中易出现停机等问题。通过分析格栅平面布置的缺陷,对拦渣格栅进行改进,设计了一种新型的拦渣箱;分析变频泵的运行工况,提出了一种新的水量平衡调节模式;对冷却水水源的选择给出了建议。经改造后,取水泵站运行稳定,可为类似工程提供参考。
- Abstract:
- A county in northeastern Sichuan Province has implemented a water supply project along the Jialing River to address issues such as insufficient water supply guarantee rate and low water quality qualification rate. Specifically, the water intake component of this project utilizes a floating boat water intake pumping station. While the water intake method offers advantages such as good water quality and reduced investment costs, operational challenges were identified during the flood season. During this period, the river water contains a significant amount of scum and exhibits high turbidity, which can lead to blockages in the suction pipes of the pumps and failures in the pump shaft cooling water systems. Additionally, shutdowns of the variable frequency pump may occur during the frequency adjustment process due to the high static head. Through a detailed analysis of the defects in the planar layout of the grid, the scum screen was optimized, and a novel type of scum trap was designed. The operating conditions of the variable frequency pump were thoroughly evaluated, leading to the proposal of a new water balance regulation mode. Furthermore, recommendations were provided regarding the selection of cooling water sources. After renovation, the water intake pumping station operates stably and can provide reference for similar projects.
