摘要:
随着生活水平的提高，“直饮水”逐渐兴起，但湖南省城市管道直饮水系统存在运行管理不规范、监督管理机制不健全、水质安全难以保障等一系列问题，为此编制了《湖南省城市管道直饮水系统技术标准》（DBJ 43/T 382—2021），并于2022年5月1日实施。从背景、编制目的和适用范围、编制原则、基本框架和主要内容等方面，对该标准进行了全面解读，以期为管道直饮水系统建设和管理提供参考。
Abstract:
With the improvement of people’s living standard, fine drinking water is becoming increasingly popular. However, there are a series of problems within the urban pipe system for fine drinking water in Hunan Province, such as the non-standard operation and maintenance management, institutional defects of supervision, and difficulty in ensuring water quality and safety. Therefore, the Technical Standard for Urban Pipe Fine Drinking Water System in Hunan Province (DBJ 43/T 382-2021) was compiled. The standard has been implemented on May 1, 2022. This paper provides a comprehensive interpretation of the standard, covering its background, compilation purpose and scope of application, compilation principle, basic framework, and main contents, aiming to offer reference for the construction and management of fine drinking water.
