- 通气管的设置能够极大提高建筑排水系统的通水能力,特别是副通气立管排水系统,其通气方式对通水能力影响巨大。在60 m高全尺寸实验塔内对设副通气立管的环形通气排水系统进行了通气立管顶部连接方式的对比实验,分析了排水过程中各测试楼层的压力波动、水封损失、排水系统通气量等变化规律。结果表明,通气立管和排水立管双伸顶通气方式较排水立管单伸顶和通气立管单伸顶的通气方式,其系统通水能力由12.5、15.0 L/s提高至17.0 L/s。由此可见,通气立管和排水立管双伸顶的通气方式能够极大地提高排水系统的通水能力,在部分不具备双伸顶通气的工程中,通气立管单伸顶的副通气立管系统可以作为双伸顶排水系统的替代系统。
- Abstract:
- The installation of ventilation pipes can significantly improve the water discharge capacity of the building drainage system, particularly in secondary vent stack discharge systems, where the ventilation configuration exerts a substantial influence on water discharge capacity. A comparative experiment was carried out to evaluate the top connection methods of the vent stack in a circular ventilation and drainage system, incorporating a secondary vent stack, within a 60-meter-high full-scale experimental tower. This study analyzed the variation patterns of pressure fluctuations, water seal loss, and ventilation rate across different test floors during the drainage process. The implementation of a dual top ventilation method for both the vent stack and the drainage stack increased the system’s water flow capacity from 12.5 L/s and 15.0 L/s to 17.0 L/s, in comparison with the single top ventilation approach applied solely to the drainage stack and vent stack. Therefore, employing a double top ventilation method for both the vent stack and the drainage stack significantly enhanced the water discharge capacity of the drainage system. In cases where such double top ventilation is not feasible, a secondary vent stack system utilizing a single top vent stack can serve as an effective alternative to the double top drainage system.
