- 随着城市化进程加速和极端气候事件频发,传统重力流排水系统面临着日益严峻的挑战。广州市江鸥村农村生活污水巩固提升工程通过对重力流和负压两种污水收集系统的适用性、建设难度、运行维护及综合经济效益等方面进行对比分析,确定在上涌片区采用室外负压排水技术,以解决沿河村居污水收集困难的问题。采用AAO处理工艺,新建de110~160 mm负压收集管约8 km、规模为130 m3/d的负压站1座。结合该工程特点,对负压收集器及管网、负压站及智慧控制系统等进行针对性设计,并对负压系统进行精确的水力计算,避免后期影响正常运行。项目实施后,江鸥村平均污水收集率从17.7%提高至85.0%,可为农村生活污水治理工作提供参考。
- Abstract:
- With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing frequency of extreme climate events, traditional gravity-flow drainage systems are encountering growing challenges. A comparative analysis was conducted on the applicability, construction complexity, operational maintenance requirements, and comprehensive economic benefits of gravity-flow and negative-pressure sewage collection systems belonged to a rural domestic sewage consolidation and enhancement project in Jiang’ou village, Guangzhou. Based on this analysis, outdoor negative-pressure drainage technology was selected for implementation in Shangyong area to effectively address the challenges associated with sewage collection in riverine villages and communities. A new negative-pressure station with a capacity of 130 m3/d was constructed using the AAO treatment process, incorporating approximately 8 km of negative-pressure collection pipelines with diameters ranging from de110 mm to de160 mm. Based on the specific characteristics of the project, customized designs were developed for the negative-pressure collection unit, pipeline network, negative-pressure station, and intelligent control system in accordance with site-specific conditions. Precise hydraulic calculations were performed to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of the negative-pressure system during long-term service. Following the project implementation, the average sewage collection rate in Jiang’ou village increased significantly from 17.7% to 85.0%, offering a valuable reference for the management of rural domestic sewage.
