- 上海市合流一期污水管网运行时间超过30年,其结构病害较为严重。合流污水一期干线修复工程XF1.1标,采用奥氏体不锈钢板在原DN3 500混凝土管道内分段焊接成环的超大口径污水管道非开挖修复方法。介绍了该工程的原管道定位、中导管推送、不锈钢内衬拼接、壁后注浆等难点工序,对施工质量控制和修复后的功能性评价进行了分析。
- Abstract:
- The Shanghai combined sewer phase Ⅰ pipeline network has been operated for more than 30 years, with severe structural deterioration. For the rehabilitation of the XF1.1 section of the phase Ⅰ combined sewer mainline, a trenchless repair method was employed for the ultra-large-diameter sewage pipeline. This involved assembling and welding austenitic stainless steel plates into segmented rings inside the original DN3 500 concrete pipe. The project addressed critical challenges such as locating the original pipeline, advancing central guide conduits, splicing stainless steel liners, and post-lining grouting. The paper also analyzes construction quality control measures during construction and evaluates the functional performance of the rehabilitated pipeline.
