- MBR因其工艺需要,膜设备间内管路复杂拥挤,且需通过过量曝气控制膜污染,施工难度大,运行能耗高。针对大型污水处理厂MBR膜设备间在传统设计中存在的问题,提出一种节能降噪的设计新思路,将传统架空布置的管道改为下沉至管廊内敷设,并回填隔热渗透材料。该方案有效降低了管道施工安装难度及建设成本,保证了管道安装质量,消除了因管道振动产生的噪声,同时降低了膜设备间环境温度,减少了降温能耗。该创新设计已在北湖污水处理厂项目中得到实际应用,并取得显著成效,具有推广应用价值。
- Abstract:
- Due to its operational principle, the MBR process involves complex and crowded piping within the membrane equipment room, requires excessive aeration to control membrane fouling, and leads to high construction difficulties as well as elevated operational energy consumption. By summarizing and analyzing the problems existing in the construction and operation of MBR membrane equipment room in large-scale sewage treatment plants when traditional design is adopted, a novel design concept for energy- saving and noise-reduction is proposed. The traditional overhead arrangement of pipelines in the membrane equipment room is innovatively arranged by sinking them into the pipe gallery and backfilling with insulation and permeable materials. The scheme effectively reduces the difficulty and construction cost of pipeline installation while ensuring its quality. It also mitigates vibration-induced noise, lowers the ambient temperature in the membrane equipment room, and reduces the energy consumption required for cooling. This innovative design has been successfully implemented in Beihu sewage treatment plant, delivering remarkable results, which can demonstrate significant potential for broader application.
