- 随着智慧化时代的到来,给排水行业迎来了新的发展机遇与挑战。聚焦于给排水科学与工程专业的创新创业微专业人才培养模式的探索与实践,通过对国内外现状的分析及问卷调查,发现智慧化背景下的行业发展迅速,企业对高学历、具备多样化技能特别是创新创业能力的人才需求日益增长。然而,当前教育体系在课程设置、实践教学及跨学科知识整合上仍存在明显不足。为此,提出一套涵盖目标设定、课程体系优化、教学方法革新和实践平台建设的人才培养方案,旨在培养能够满足智慧化给排水行业需求的创新创业者,同时为高校相关专业的教学改革提供借鉴。
- Abstract:
- With the advent of the intelligent era, the water supply and drainage industry is facing new opportunities and challenges. This study focuses on exploring and practicing the cultivation model of micro?specialties in innovation and entrepreneurship for students majoring in water supply and drainage science and engineering. By analyzing the current situation of talent cultivation both domestically and internationally, and through questionnaire surveys, it has been found that under the background of intelligence, the industry is developing rapidly, and enterprises have an urgent and diversified demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents, such as a preference for postgraduate degrees or higher, varying needs across different types of enterprises, and a high emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities. However, there exist notable shortcomings in the current talent supply, including poor course settings, weak practical teaching, and insufficient integration of interdisciplinary knowledge. Accordingly, this study proposes a talent cultivation model from aspects like goal setting, curriculum system construction, innovation in teaching methods, and the establishment of practical platforms. The aim is to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents who can meet the demands of the intelligent water supply and drainage industry, while also providing references for educational reforms in related majors at universities.
