- 华南某微污染水处理厂总处理规模为260×104 m3/d,为改善河道水质,需对原工艺进行升级改造,其核心控制指标为氨氮。通过对比曝气生物滤池、生物转盘、生物接触氧化、纯膜MBBR对处理微污染水氨氮的适用性,并综合考虑进出水水质、投资运维成本、施工难易程度等因素,最终选取纯膜MBBR工艺进行改造,将部分沉淀区改为纯膜MBBR区。分析了不同水力池型对悬浮载体流态的影响。采用侧进侧出微动力混合池型进行改造,改造后出水水质稳定,氨氮浓度低于0.5 mg/L,在沉淀时间缩短的情况下,TP去除率仍达到81%,优于排放要求;在处理水量长期超标情况下出水水质保持稳定,抗冲击负荷能力强。纯膜MBBR工艺路线简单、占地省,投资运维成本低,适于微污染水处理厂新建或改扩建。
- Abstract:
- The original process of a micro-polluted water treatment plant in South China with a total treatment capacity of 260×104 m3/d needs to be upgraded in order to improve the river water quality. The core control effluent index is ammonia nitrogen. By comparing the applicability of biological aerated filter, rotating biological disk, bio?contact oxidation, and pure MBBR to reduce ammonia nitrogen in micro?polluted water, and considering the quality of influent and effluent, the cost of investment, operation and maintenance, and the difficulty of construction, the pure MBBR process was selected to retrofit the micro?polluted water treatment plant. A part of the sedimentation tank was transformed into a pure MBBR zone. The influence of different types of hydraulic tank on the flow pattern of suspended carrier is analyzed. After retrofitted by side inlet and side outlet micro-dynamic mixing tank type, the effluent quality remains stable, the ammonia nitrogen concentration is less than 0.5 mg/L, and the TP removal rate remains 81% under the shortened hydraulic retention time, which is superior to the discharge standard. Even if the influent volume exceeded the standard for a long time, the effluent quality of effluent remained stable, which shows a strong impact load resistance. The pure MBBR process has simple route, occupies a small area, and has low investment, operation and maintenance costs, which is suitable for new construction or expansion and retrofitting of micro?polluted water tresatment plants.
