摘要:
随着我国工业化和城市化进程的加快，供水运行管理面临更多的机遇和挑战。在此背景下，聚焦供水企业的实际运行需求，开展了供水运行绩效评估系统研究，明确定量和定性绩效指标，通过标杆分析衡量绩效状态，构建了供水运行绩效评估方法体系，并在全国6家水务企业开展实践应用工作，取得了良好的效果，这将有助于进一步推进基于标杆的供水运行绩效机制，促进供水行业运行管理水平的提升。
Abstract:
With the accelerating industrialization and urbanization process in China, water supply operational management is facing more opportunities and challenges. Against this background, this paper focused on the actual operational needs of water supply enterprises, investigated the operation performance evaluation method of water supply system, and clarified the quantitative and qualitative evaluation indicators. The benchmarking analysis was used to evaluate the performance status, and a water supply operation performance evaluation method system was constructed. The method was applied in six water enterprises nationwide, and good results were obtained. The results will help further promote the development of water supply operation performance evaluation mechanism based on benchmarking management and the improvement of the water supply industry operation management level.
