- 伊朗某大型海水淡化工程采用高速气浮处理工艺。高速气浮利用特殊的强化溶气技术,可使溶气效率提高至95%以上,微气泡体积浓度大幅提升,气泡粒径更合理、分散能力更强。浮选分离区表面负荷可达20~25 m3/(m2·h),对海水中藻类的去除率可达95%以上,出水浊度<5 NTU,同时对水中有机类、油脂等污染物也有较好的处理效果。高速气浮作为膜法海水淡化的预处理工艺,效果显著,明显改善了后段工艺的运行工况,对膜系统的安全稳定运行起到了保障作用,可使超滤膜系统的化学清洗周期延长至6个月以上。
- Abstract:
- A large-scale seawater desalination project in Iran adopts the high-speed air flotation process, which uses special technology to increase dissolved gas efficiency to over 95%, greatly improve the volume concentration of micro-bubbles, create more reasonable bubble size and the stronger dispersion ability. The surface load of flotation separation zone can reach 20-25 m3/(m2·h), the removal rate of algae in seawater can reach more than 95%, the effluent turbidity is less than 5 NTU, and the organic pollutants, oil and other pollutants in water also have good treatment effect. As the pre-treatment of membrane desalination process, high-speed air floatation obviously improves the operation condition of the latter process, guarantees the safe and stable operation of membrane system, and extends the chemical cleaning cycle of ultra-filtration membrane system to over 6 months.
