- 厌氧膜生物反应器(AnMBR)工艺具有较高的污染物去除效率及沼气等能源转化率,已大量应用于工业废水处理。然而,由于膜的功能特性,工业废水中无机物、有机物、微生物等会附着在膜表面并形成膜污染,大大限制了其实际应用。目前,已开发了多种膜污染防控方法,如操作条件调控、流化载体添加、多种工艺组合等。此外,研究人员也逐渐意识到微生物群落对AnMBR系统运行的积极影响,合理调控以富集特定微生物种群可显著提升系统性能。因此,综述了AnMBR在工业废水处理效能、膜污染及防控、微生物等方面的最新研究进展,以期为AnMBR应用及其发展提供理论和技术参考。
- Abstract:
- Anaerobic membrane bioreactor (AnMBR) process has been widely used in the treatment of industrial wastewater, and it has achieved satisfactory pollutant removal efficiency and energy conversion rate. However, due to the functional characteristics of membrane, inorganic, organic and biological pollution in industrial wastewater could inevitably attach to the membrane surface, forming membrane fouling. The membrane fouling could bring about constraints in practical application for AnMBR. Various methods have been developed and applied to membrane pollution prevention and control, such as operation condition regulation, fluidization carrier addition, multi-process combination, etc. In addition, the positive impact of microbial communities on the operation of AnMBR systems has been increasingly recognized, and reasonable regulation to achieve enrichment of specific microbial populations can significantly improve system performance. Therefore, this paper reviews the latest research progress of AnMBR in the industrial wastewater treatment efficiency, membrane fouling prevention and control, and microbial analysis, in order to provide theoretical and technical references for AnMBR application and development.
