- 为顺应新时代发展需要,上海某传统制水厂正在积极推进数字化转型工作,并创新性提出了“1+2+1+N”运行管理新模式。从应用效果来看,该水厂初步实现了常规工况下的水量自主调度,水质调度对于原水水质的响应更为灵敏,设施设备全生命周期管理进一步加强,环境、健康、安全(EHS)管控能力进一步提升,部分生产区域实现无人巡检和无人作业,有力推动了智慧水厂朝着“管理精细化、生产智能化、运维高效化、决策科学化”的建设目标不断迈进。
- Abstract:
- In order to meet the needs of the new era, a traditional water plant in Shanghai is actively promoting digital transformation construction. A new operation management mode of “1+2+1+N” has been innovatively proposed. Judging from the application effect, autonomous water dispatching under normal operating conditions has been initially achieved, and the water quality dispatching is more sensitive in response to the quality of raw water. Meanwhile, the full life cycle management of facilities and equipment have been further strengthened as well as the management capacity of environment, health, safety (EHS) has been further improved, and some production areas have achieved unmanned inspection and operation, which has effectively promoted the smart water plant to continuously move towards the construction goal of “refined management, intelligent production, efficient operation and maintenance, and scientific decision-making”.
