- 针对市政给排水厂站类项目设计、施工、运维阶段存在的数据脱节,以及运维平台子系统多且数据分散等问题,提出建筑信息模型(BIM)+虚幻引擎(UE)技术路线的数字孪生运维管理平台产品方案,重点打通BIM数字化交付及数据处理、基于UE的BIM数据优化和功能开发、UE与平台前端集成和数据通信等关键技术路线。以长沙市洋湖再生水厂(三期)项目为典型案例,结合项目业务逻辑和管理需求研发数字孪生系统并实现云端交付,将数字孪生系统作为顶层数据集成展示平台并与运维工作深度融合。该平台部署投用后,达到了有效提高现场人员巡检效率、拓展运维管理维度、提升项目数字化形象和影响力的效果。
- Abstract:
- In response to the current situation of information isolation in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of municipal water supply and drainage plant projects, a product solution for digital twin operation and maintenance management platform based on BIM+UE is proposed. The focus is on building key technical routes such as BIM digital delivery and data processing, BIM data optimization based on UE and function development, UE and the platform interface integration, as well as data communication. Taking Changsha Yanghu reclaimed water plant (phase Ⅲ) project as a typical case, the digital twin system is developed and delivered in the cloud as the top-level data display platform deeply integrated with operation and maintenance work based on the project’s business logic and management requirements. After the platform was deployed and put into use, it effectively improved the inspection efficiency of on-site personnel, expanded the dimensions of operation and maintenance management, enhanced the digital image and influence of the project.
